Text
(A)Whoever violates section4109.04, division (C) of section4109.07, division (A), (B), or (D) of section4109.08, section4109.11, or division (B) of section4109.12of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(B)Whoever violates section4109.05of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(C)Whoever violates section4109.03, division (A), (B), or (D) of section4109.07, or section4109.10of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree on each subsequent offense.
(D)Whoever violates division (A) of section4109.12of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each day the violation continues.
(E)Whoever violates division (A) of section4109.21of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor
