Text
Sections4105.01to4105.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code do not prevent the inspection of elevators by dealers in elevators or elevator equipment. An inspector by or in behalf of such dealer is not a general or special inspector within such sections.
Such sections do not affect the rights of municipal corporations under section715.26of the Revised Code, except as specifically provided in such sections.
Sections4105.01to4105.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code do not apply to municipal corporations authorized by Section 3 of Article XVIII, Ohio Constitution, to adopt police regulations which, after August 31, 1939, provide for the regular inspection of elevators as provided by law.
