Text

Any person, firm, or corporation operating a passenger elevator shall provide a seat for the use of the operator of such elevator. Any person, firm, or corporation operating a passenger elevator may regulate the use of such seats by the operator. At no time shall a person operating a passenger elevator be compelled to stand a longer period of time than two consecutive hours in any working day.
