(A)The fee for each attempted inspection that, due to no fault of a general inspector or the division of industrial compliance, is not successfully completed, by a general inspector before the operation of a permanent new elevator prior to the issuance of a certificate of operation, before operation of an elevator being put back into service after a repair or after an adjudication under section4105.11of the Revised Code, or as a result of the operation of section4105.08of the Revised Code and is an elevator required to be inspected under this chapter is one hundred twenty dollars plus ten dollars for each floor where the elevator stops.
