Text

Every attorney under section3931.01of the Revised Code shall pay to the superintendent of insurance for the use of the state the following fees:

(A)For filing declaration, twenty-five dollars;
(B)For filing each financial statement required by sections3931.01to3931.13, inclusive,3931.12of the Revised Code, twenty dollars;
(C)For filing each certificate of license, and certified copy thereof, two dollars;
(D)For each copy of a paper filed in the superintendent's office, twenty cents per folio;
(E)For affixing the seal of office and certifying any paper, one dollar.
