Text

Every foreign insurance company, association, or partnership desiring to transact business in this state shall file with the superintendent of insurance a certified copy of its charter or deed of settlement, together with a statement, under the oath of its president, vice-president, or other chief officer, and the secretary of the company, stating the name of the company, the place where it is located, and the amount of its capital, with a detailed statement of the facts and items required of similar companies organized under the laws of this state by section3929.30of the Revised Code. Such company, association, or partnership shall also file with the superintendent a copy of its last annual report, if one was made, under any law of the state by which it was incorporated.
