Text

Real estate acquired under division (B), (C), or (D) of section3925.20of the Revised Code shall be disposed of within two years after title to the real estate is acquired, unless the company determines to hold the real estate as an investment subject to the limits of individual and aggregate holdings under section3925.20of the Revised Code or unless the company procures a certificate from the superintendent of insurance that its interests will suffer materially by a forced sale of the real estate. The sale then may be postponed for such period as the superintendent directs in the certificate.
