Text
With the approval of the superintendent of insurance, sections3925.06to3925.09and3925.20of the Revised Code shall not apply to a domestic insurance company that qualifies as a foreign country branch of a United States company that writes policies exclusively in countries other than the United States if those other countries have laws pertaining to insurance company investments and the foreign country branch is required to comply with those laws.
