Text
In the case of an indorsement or rider that provides accelerated benefits in accordance with sections3915.21to3915.24of the Revised Code, the filing of the form of the indorsement or rider as required by section3915.14of the Revised Code shall include the form number of the policy or contract with which the indorsement or rider may be used.
