This chapter does not apply to annuities except as provided in sections3915.051,3915.073,3915.14, and3915.21to3915.24of the Revised Code, industrial policies except as provided in sections3915.07and3915.071of the Revised Code, fraternal benefit societies, corporations or associations operating on the assessment plan, or corporations or associations which have been organized under sections3919.01to3919.19of the Revised Code, except corporations and associations which, as of September 28, 1933, have amended their articles of incorporation under section3919.13of the Revised Code.
