Text

Duties of the Department of Health. This chapter shall be enforced by the department of health and its designees. The director of health shall within six months of December 7, 2006:

(A)Promulgate rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement and enforce all provisions of this chapter;
(B)Promulgate rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to prescribe a schedule of fines for violations of this chapter designed to foster compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The amount of a fine for a violation of divisions (A) and (B) of section3794.02and divisions (A) and (B) of section3794.06of the Revised Code shall not be less than one hundred dollars and the maximum for a violation shall be twenty five hundred dollars.
