Text
(A)The superintendent of industrial compliance shall establish such reasonable inspection fee schedules as the superintendent determines necessary or desirable relating to the inspection of all plans and specifications submitted for approval to the division of industrial compliance, and all industrialized units inspected at the point of origin and at the construction site of the building. The inspection fee schedule shall be adopted by rule, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, and shall bear some reasonable relationship to the cost of administering and enforcing the provisions of Chapters 3781. and 3791. of the Revised Code.
(B)In addition to the fee assessed in division (A) of this section, the board of building standards shall assess a fee of not more than five dollar
