Text
The director of health may, upon application and proof of valid registration, issue a certificate of registration to any person who is or has been registered as an environmental health specialist or environmental health specialist in training by any other state, if the requirements of that state at the time of such registration are determined by the director to be at least equivalent to the requirements of this chapter.
