(A)The commission, by and through the executive director of the commission and as required under section125.05of the Revised Code, may enter into contracts necessary to ensure the proper operation and reporting of all casino gaming authorized under this chapter. The commission shall not require use of a central system by a casino operator if the casino operator is in compliance with this chapter. If the commission determines, after written notice to the casino operator and a hearing under section3772.04of the Revised Code, that a casino operator is not in compliance with this chapter, the commission may determine it is necessary to require the casino operator to install and implement a central system under such conditions as the commission may require.
