(A)(1) The executive director of the commission shall enter into an agreement with the department of mental health and addiction services under which the department provides a program of gambling and addiction services, including services to alleviate problem sports gaming, on behalf of the commission.
(2)The commission shall use the moneys in the problem sports gaming fund established under section5753.031of the Revised Code for the purpose of paying the costs of program services to alleviate problem sports gaming in this state.
(B)The executive director of the commission, in conjunction with the department of mental health and addiction services and the state lottery commission, shall establish, operate, and publicize an in-state, toll-free telephone number Ohio residents may call to
