(A)A person may apply for a gaming-related vendor license. All applications shall be certified as true.

(B)A person who holds a gaming-related vendor's license is authorized to sell or lease, and to contract to sell or lease, equipment and supplies to any licensee involved in the ownership or management of a casino facility.

(C)Gambling supplies and equipment shall not be distributed unless supplies and equipment conform to standards adopted in rules adopted by the commission. Last updated September 18, 2023 at 2:49 PM
