Text
(A)No person shall violate sections3749.01to3749.09of the Revised Code or any rule adopted thereunder.
(B)The prosecuting attorney of the county, the city director of law, or the attorney general, upon complaint of the licensor, shall prosecute to termination or bring an action for injunctive relief, or both, against any person violating sections3749.01to3749.09of the Revised Code or any rule adopted thereunder.
