(A)Except as otherwise provided in division (B) of this section, whoever violates section3748.15of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars.
(B)(1) Except as otherwise provided in division (B)(2) of this section, whoever recklessly violates section3748.10of the Revised Code or an order issued under division (B) of section3748.17of the Revised Code to enforce that section is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree. Notwithstanding the conventional fines specified for felonies in section2929.18of the Revised Code, if the court imposes a fine as a sanction, the fine shall be not less than ten thousand nor more than twenty-five thousand dollars. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
