(A)Except as provided in division (C) of this section, the director of health shall certify radiation experts pursuant to rules adopted under division (C) of section3748.04of the Revised Code. The director shall issue a certificate to each person certified under this section. An individual certified by the director is qualified to develop, provide periodic review of, and conduct audits of the quality assurance program for sources of radiation for which such a program is required under division (A) of section3748.13of the Revised Code.
(B)The director shall establish an application fee for applying for certification and a biennial certification renewal fee in rules adopted under division (C) of section3748.04of the Revised Code. A certificate issued under this section shall expire two ye
