Text
The department of health shall review each license application received under section3740.03of the Revised Code. The department's review of the application shall include a site visit for each applicant seeking a license on the basis of division (A)(1)(a)(i) of section3740.03of the Revised Code to verify that medicare conditions of participation are met, unless the applicant has already had such a site visit within the five-year period immediately preceding the date of the application.
Except as provided in section3740.07of the Revised Code, the department shall issue the appropriate license to an applicant if the applicant has paid the application fee and demonstrated to the department's satisfaction that the requirements established under section3740.03of the Revised Code are met.
