Text
The implementation and substance of the New York fire safety standards for cigarettes shall be persuasive authority in implementing this chapter. The state fire marshal and attorney general may adopt rules, pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, as necessary to administer this chapter. The tax commissioner may adopt rules, pursuant to division (M) of section5703.05of the Revised Code and section5703.14of the Revised Code, as necessary to enforce this chapter.
