Text

The director of health, subject to sections119.01to119.13of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules having a uniform application throughout the state, governing the issuance of licenses, location, layout, construction, approval of plans, sanitation, safety, operation, use, and maintenance of agricultural labor camps. The rules shall establish minimum standards of habitability with which a licensee shall comply in operating an agricultural labor camp. The rules shall establish, beyond minimum standards of habitability, additional standards of habitability for those camps and shall establish priorities for those additional standards with which a licensee may voluntarily comply.
