(A)Whoever violates division (A), (B), or (C) of section3730.02or division (A) of section3730.06of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of section3730.07of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
