(A)Sections3715.01and3715.52to3715.71, inclusive, of the Revised Code shall be governed by and be administered in accordance with sections119.01to119.13, inclusive, of the Revised Code.

(B)Sections3715.01and3715.52to3715.71, inclusive, and section3715.99, of the Revised Code, do not apply when such sections are in conflict with sections923.41to923.55, inclusive, and section923.99of the Revised Code.

(C)Sections3715.52to3715.71, inclusive, of the Revised Code do not permit the manufacture, sale, or offering for sale, of any food, drug, cosmetic, or device otherwise prohibited by any provision of the Revised Code or by any regulations promulgated pursuant to any provision of the Revised Code; nor do sections3715.52to3715.71, inclusive, of the Revised Code or any regulations thereunder,
