In conducting a routine inspection of the premises of a food processing establishment, the department of agriculture is not required to determine if any food located on the premises is misbranded as a meat product or an egg product pursuant to section3715.602of the Revised Code.
The department shall inspect an inventory of food offered for sale or sold by a food processing establishment based on a credible complaint that the food is misbranded as a meat product or an egg product under section3715.602of the Revised Code.
The department shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that are necessary to administer and enforce sections3715.601to3715.605of the Revised Code.
