Text
Nothing in sections3715.01and3715.52to3715.72of the Revised Code, shall be construed as requiring the director of agriculture or the state board of pharmacy to report minor violations for the institution of proceedings under sections3715.01and3715.52to3715.72of the Revised Code, whenever the director or board believes that the public interest will be adequately served in the circumstances by a suitable written notice or warning.
