Text
(A)As used in this section, "board of health," "retail food establishment," and "food service operation" have the same meanings as in section3717.01of the Revised Code.
(B)The embargoing of a food may be performed by a board of health approved under section3717.11of the Revised Code to serve as the licensor of retail food establishments or food service operations, the director of health acting under section3717.11of the Revised Code as the licensor of food service operations, or a representative authorized to act on behalf of the board of health or director of health.
