(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Emergency medical service personnel," "firefighter," and "volunteer firefighter" have the same meanings as in section4765.01of the Revised Code.
(2)"Law enforcement agency" means a government entity that employs peace officers to perform law enforcement duties.
(3)"Peace officer" has the same meaning as in section2921.51of the Revised Code.
(B)(1) Upon request of a law enforcement agency as described in division (B)(2) of this section, emergency medical service personnel and any firefighter or volunteer firefighter acting within the course of the firefighting profession shall disclose the name and address, if known, of an individual to whom the emergency medical service personnel, firefighter, or volunteer firefighter administered an overdose reversa
