(A)In addition to the actions authorized by section3715.50of the Revised Code and subject to division (B) of this section, a physician, physician assistant, advanced practice registered nurse, or certified mental health assistant may elect to establish a protocol authorizing any individual to personally furnish a supply of an overdose reversal drug to another individual pursuant to the protocol. A person authorized to personally furnish an overdose reversal drug pursuant to the protocol may do so without having examined the individual to whom the drug may be administered.
(B)A protocol established by a physician, physician assistant, advanced practice registered nurse, or certified mental health assistant for purposes of this section shall include all of the following:
