Text
No person shall manufacture for sale, sell, deliver, or offer or expose for sale, or have in the person's possession with intent to sell or deliver, vinegar not made in compliance with sections3715.28to3715.33of the Revised Code.
No person shall violate sections3715.28to3715.34of the Revised Code.
Whoever violates this section shall pay all necessary costs and expenses incurred in inspecting and analyzing the vinegar.
