Text

(A)No person shall manufacture, offer for sale, possess with intent to sell, sell, or deliver a maple product that is adulterated as described in section3715.59of the Revised Code or is misbranded as described in section3715.60of the Revised Code.
(B)No person shall offer for sale, possess with intent to sell, sell, or deliver an adulteration of a maple product in a package having the word "maple" or a compound thereof, as the name or part of the name of the contents of the package, or in a package bearing a device or illustration suggestive of a maple product or the manufacture of a maple product.
(C)No person shall sell, deliver, offer for sale, or possess with intent to sell a packaged maple product without a label that complies with rules adopted under section3715.02of the Revised
