Text
The owner or operator of a construction and demolition debris facility that is licensed under this chapter shall allow a board of health or the director of environmental protection, as applicable, to conduct ground water monitoring at the facility to detect negative impacts to ground water quality as provided in section3714.071of the Revised Code unless the director determines that it is unlikely that a negative impact to the public health or the environment would occur due to the physical characteristics of the location of the facility.
