(A)A person who submits an application under section3714.06of the Revised Code for a license to operate a construction and demolition debris facility shall submit with the application the plans for the operation of the facility that are required in rules adopted under division (G) of section3714.02of the Revised Code. In addition, the owner or operator of the facility shall submit any necessary updates to the plans for the operation of the facility as required in rules adopted under that division when submitting an application under section3714.06of the Revised Code for an annual license for the continued operation of the facility.
