Text
(A)Any person who violates division (A) of section3712.05or division (A) of section3712.051of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Any person who violates division (D) of section3712.062of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
