(A)As used in this division, "person" does not include a member of an interdisciplinary team, as defined in section3712.01of the Revised Code, or any individual who is employed by a person or public agency licensed under section3712.041of the Revised Code. Except as provided in division (B) of this section, no person or public agency, other than a person or public agency licensed pursuant to section3712.041of the Revised Code, shall hold itself out as providing a pediatric respite care program, or provide a pediatric respite care program, or use the term "pediatric respite care program" or any term containing "pediatric respite care" to describe or refer to a health program, facility, or agency.
(B)Division (A) of this section does not apply to any of the following:
