Text
All initial license fees, renewal fees, late renewal penalties, fees for inspections conducted by the director of health, and civil penalties collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general operations fund created under section3701.83of the Revised Code. The moneys shall be used solely for purposes of administering and enforcing this chapter and the rules adopted under it.
