Text

(A)An asbestos hazard abatement contractor engaging in any asbestos hazard abatement project shall, during the course of the project:
(1)Conduct each project in a manner that is in compliance with the requirements the director of environmental protection adopts pursuant to section3704.03of the Revised Code and the asbestos requirements of the United States occupational safety and health administration set forth in 29 C.F.R.1926.1101;
(2)Comply with all applicable rules adopted by the director of environmental protection pursuant to sections3704.03and3710.02of the Revised Code.
(B)An asbestos hazard abatement contractor that is a public entity shall:
(1)Provide workers with protective clothing and equipment and ensure that the workers involved in any asbestos hazard abatement proje
