The director of health may accept gifts of money from any source for the implementation and administration of sections3702.96to3702.965of the Revised Code.

The director shall pay all gifts accepted under this section and all damages collected under division (C)(3) of section3702.965of the Revised Code into the state treasury to the credit of the dental hygienist loan repayment fund, which is hereby created.

The director shall use the dental hygienist loan repayment fund for the implementation and administration of sections3702.96to3702.967of the Revised Code.
