Text
The director of health may accept gifts of money from any source for the implementation and administration of sections3702.85to3702.92of the Revised Code.
The director shall pay all gifts accepted under this section into the state treasury, to the credit of the dental health resource shortage area fund, which is hereby created, and all damages collected under division (C)(4) of section3702.91of the Revised Code, into the state treasury, to the credit of the dentist loan repayment fund, which is hereby created.
The director shall use the dental health resource shortage area and dentist loan repayment funds for the implementation and administration of sections3702.85to3702.95of the Revised Code.
