In addition to the sanctions imposed under sections3702.54and3702.55of the Revised Code, if any person violates section3702.53of the Revised Code, the attorney general may commence necessary legal proceedings in the court of common pleas of Franklin county to enjoin the person from such violation until the requirements of sections3702.51to3702.62of the Revised Code have been satisfied. At the request of the director of health, the attorney general shall commence any necessary proceedings. The court has jurisdiction to grant and, on a showing of a violation, shall grant appropriate injunctive relief.
