Text
Each person required by section3702.54of the Revised Code to pay a civil penalty shall do so not later than sixty days after receiving the notice mailed under section3702.532of the Revised Code or, if the person appeals under section3702.60of the Revised Code the director of health's determination that a violation has occurred, not later than sixty days after the issuance of an order upholding the director's determination that is not subject to further appeal. The civil penalties shall be paid to the director. The director shall deposit them into the certificate of need fund created by section3702.52of the Revised Code.
