Text
In the administration of Chapter 3379. of the Revised Code, the Ohio arts council shall not exercise any direct supervision or control over the policy or program determination of any local group or agency involved in the arts.
No general assembly appropriations to the council shall be used to eliminate or reduce any financial deficit of any local group or agency involved in the arts or of any other organization or person.
