Text

When bonds are issued pursuant to section3375.43of the Revised Code, the board or officer of the political subdivision issuing such bonds having charge of the sinking fund or bond retirement fund of such subdivision shall have the control and management of all moneys and securities for the payment of interest on and for the redemption of the principal of such bonds, and shall exercise the same powers of control and management thereof as for the management and control of the sinking or bond retirement fund for all bonds of such subdivision.
