Text

The board of education of a city, exempted village, or local school district, which does not have a board of library trustees established under section3375.15of the Revised Code may issue bonds in accordance with Chapter 133. of the Revised Code, without regard to section3375.43of the Revised Code, for the purpose of purchasing, erecting, constructing, enlarging, improving, equipping, and furnishing library facilities and acquiring real estate and interests in real estate therefor, to be operated by the board of trustees of any free public library, library association, or corporation pursuant to section3375.18of the Revised Code.
