(A)The issuing authority may issue obligations under this section to provide money to make proceeds loans to the designated administrator for the purpose of acquiring education loans, or needed for capitalized interest, for funding reserves, and for paying costs and expenses incurred in connection with the issuance, carrying, securing, paying, redeeming, or retirement of the obligations or any obligations refunded thereby, including payment of costs and expenses relating to letters of credit, lines of credit, insurance, put agreements, standby purchase agreements, indexing, marketing, remarketing and administrative arrangements, interest swap or hedging agreements, and any other credit enhancement facility as defined in division (H) of section133.01of the Revised Code, liquidity, remarket
