Text
(A)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Revised Code, a student who is eligible to participate in the college credit plus program under section3365.03or3365.033of the Revised Code may participate in the program during the summer term of a public or participating private college or an eligible out-of-state college participating in the program.
Unless otherwise specified, if a student participates in the college credit plus program under this section, all requirements of the program shall apply.
(B)(1) In order for a public secondary school student to participate under this section, the student shall meet the criteria in division (A)(1) of section3365.03of the Revised Code, except that the student or the student's parent shall inform the principal, or equivalent, of the student
