As used in sections3358.01to3358.10of the Revised Code:

(A)"State community college district" means a political subdivision composed of the territory of a county, or of two or more contiguous counties, in either case having a total population of at least one hundred fifty thousand, and organized for the purpose of establishing, owning, and operating a state community college within the district or a political subdivision created pursuant to division (A) of section3358.02of the Revised Code.
(B)"State community college" means a two-year institution, offering a baccalaureate-oriented program, technical education program, or an adult continuing education program.
