As used in sections3354.19to3354.21of the Revised Code, "displaced homemaker" means an individual who:

(A)Is twenty-seven years of age or older;

(B)Has worked without pay as a homemaker for his or her family;

(C)Is not gainfully employed and has had, or would be likely to have, difficulty in securing employment; and

(D)Has either been deprived of the support of a person on whom he or she was dependent, or has become ineligible for public assistance as the parent of a needy child. Last updated August 6, 2025 at 1:47 PM
