Text
Within thirty days after approval by the Ohio board of regents of a community college district proposed pursuant to section3354.02of the Revised Code, such board shall file with the secretary of state a copy of its certification or resolution creating the district. Such copy shall be filed and recorded in the office of the secretary of state who shall thereupon declare such district to be established.
