Text

(A)The broadcast educational media commission may perform any act necessary to carry out the functions of this chapter, including any of the following:
(1)Promote accessibility through broadcasting services of educational products aligned with the statewide academic standards, adopted by the state board pursuant to section3301.079of the Revised Code, for school districts, community schools, and other entities serving grades kindergarten through twelve;
(2)Own or operate transmission facilities and interconnection facilities, or contract for transmission facilities and interconnection facilities, for an educational television, radio, or radio reading service network;
(3)Establish standards for interconnection facilities used by the commission in the transmission of education
